| Orion Global PET |

| The Orion Global PET facility is located in Klaipeda, Lithuania. The plant started commercial production in 2006 with an annual capacity of 198,000 tons, making it the largest single plant in Europe. The facility employs Inventa Fisher continuous polymerization and Buhler solid state polycondensation technology. |

| The plant is ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certified since 2008. In 2007, the Orion Global PET facility received a merit for business award from the Lithuanian government. The Confederation of Lithuanian Industrialists conferred a gold medal for product of the year on the company for its Ramapet PET resin. |

| Like other Indorama Ventures production sites throughout the world, the Orion Global PET facility takes an active role in contributing to the well-being of its community in the form of events such as blood donation and charity campaigns. |
