| The StarPet PET facility is located in Asheboro, North Carolina, U.S.A. The facility was acquired by Indorama Ventures in March 2003. With the various expansion projects, the plant’s initial annual capacity of 50,000 tons has now increased to 225,000 tons. The facility employs Zimmer continuous polymerization and Buhler solid state polycondensation technology. |
