| The IRH Rotterdam PTA facility in located in Rotterdam, the Netherlands. The facility was acquired by Indorama Ventures in 2008 from Eastman Chemical Company. The IRH Rotterdam PTA facility provides raw materials to our PET business operations in Europe. |

| The plant has an annual capacity of 350,000 tons and is based on Eastman PTA technology. |
| |
| The facility shares a utility island consisting of a cogeneration (heat and power) system with IRH Rotterdam PET facility. The plant is ISO 9001 and is a Responsible Care Site. |
